Enjoy the best city in the world.  Yes, I&#039;m a Chicago girl - born and reared. I don&#039;t live there now, but, I used to work on Michigan Avenue.  Great for city for walking and people watching on the Avenue or along the Riverfront. And there&#039;s beautiful Lake Michigan!

		<description>Good Luck Rebecca!  I know exactly where you&#039;re coming from.  I followed you 15 months ago and I&#039;ve been thinking about getting back to Cinch and the Fast Forward. My husband wants to do it with me. He&#039;s the runner and it&#039;s racing season and he has to get rid of the extra weight to feel good and run better.  Me - I lost 20 pounds on Cinch and have gained back about 8 pounds and I don&#039;t feel very good. I&#039;m bloated and have cravings that leave me feeling worst than before.  My clothes are tight and my energy in very low.  I need motivation .  I need to re-read my book!  I also need to do my weight-tracker excel graph.  So, you&#039;re home alone - but,  not alone!  I&#039;ve always admired the efficient and organized prep work you put into the fast forward meal planning. You have a lot of skills and determination...you will succeed! By the way - I really need to loose 25 pounds to feel really good about my weight.

I stumbled onto your site when searching for Cinch! recipes and I feel like I have hit the jackpot! I&#039;ve completed the FF 5 days and followed the Core plan for two weeks.  I&#039;m getting ready to start a 20 day road trip and desperately want to maintain my weight and follow the plan as close as possible.  We&#039;ll be camping out 90% of the time and spending 8-10 hours driving.  I&#039;m looking for the easiest Cinch! friendly recipes that can be made while in the car and on the go.  We will have a smaller cooler.  I&#039;d love to have two Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner recipes to go to at all times.  At the end of this journey from Alaska to North Carolina, we&#039;re stopping at a friend&#039;s wedding.  There are going to be lots of friends and the boyfriend&#039;s ex gf there, so I can&#039;t show up looking bloated from being on the road.  Thanks again for your great posts!</description>
